10 on the 10th

My sister-in-law has started a Photo-A-Day blog. I love it. I don't have the memory skills to do that, and I don't want to take up this blog with that so I was thinking of something else. A few months ago, I read about a woman who did a project for the year where she took 12 photographs on the 12th of every month. It was her little reminder to document the day even if she weren't doing any specific "photo-worthy" activity. She was thrilled to find all the things she WAS able to document due to her project, like the state of her house that day or something her children did together. Anyway. I took that idea, and due to Oliver's prodding, have decided that for the year 2010 I'm going to do 10 photos on the 10th of every month. And today is the first of those. Here are the 10 photos for January 10, 2010.
The boys bringing their shoes to me to go to church.

Waiting in line at the cafeteria after church. In the photo below, you can see the girls that decided to cut in front of us because they knew the young men standing in front of us. There ended up being 6 of them.

Ryan and his ketchup. yummy...
Evan and his water bottle.
Oliver caught Ryan as he began running along this piece of cement as we were taking an after lunch walk on the temple grounds. Ryan thought he was pretty sneaky.
We visited the family this evening. Ryan and Macy are playing Wii Fit. They're pretty amazing at it.
As much as he loves his cousin and brother, there are times when things aren't so great, like when your brother tries to take away your cousin's doll house that you were happily playing with.
Last, but not least, Grandma spoiling her grandchildren with mini oreos. Mouths are full and happy. :)
